Well, I know some members just cut and paste Wikipedia. That, however, doesn't involve much thought or independent research. If you want to believe that something is a VEHICLE when it has no engine or steering wheel, when it does not even have enough wheels to ROLL on its own is a VEHICLE, then I guess that will HAVE to be OK with me.

The M777 howitzer cannot actually be considered to be a vehicle. No one can ride on it. No one can drive it. It cannot actually move on its own. It is TOWED artillery and is thus NOT a vehicle.

I voted for Patriot because Germans have it. I saw it at Luftwaffe's list at the airshow.

So sorry to disappoint, but look at the Patriot Missile system. It is mounted on the bed of a truck and has wheels. What do you suppose those wheels are for? For keeping it in one place? No, the systems can move and support strategic offensive operations. Even an ICBM mounted in a hardened silo, by the way, can STILL be considered as an offensive weapon.

Since it is surface-to-air missile it somehow tells us that it is kept on the home territory and destroys enemy aircraft... Which is not always the truth. --- Yes, Abrams is the deadliest... But only from this list. :)

To say that the Patriot is a defensive weapon is to show an acute lack of understanding about the coordination between combat forces and air defense weaponry. Patriots deny control of the air to the enemy, without which offensive operations are impossible. In the same way that small combat units travel with Stinger missiles sections or the like, the Patriot allows strategic offensive operations to take place.
